Now, don’t panic.

RainDance will remain THE nexus for top-tier content designed and delivered by practiced leaders of client acquisition and retention as well as organizational growth. But HOW that content will be experienced and HOW you will engage – with the content and with one another – is being completely reconceptualized.

The 2024 agenda will feature LSSO’s version of TED Talks. We call them ‘Sales & Service Education Discussions’ – aka SSEDs. They are shorter (~20 minute) sessions punctuated by frequent opportunities for attendees to network and converse about what they’re experiencing at RainDance and in their work – what they are hearing, thinking, wishing they knew more about, doing in their own organizations, etc.

SSEDs may be dynamic and interactive or a thought-provoking presentation focused on a single point. All will be inspirational.
