POSITION:  Senior Account Manager

Our clients tend to use our research to assist with lateral attorney placement and hiring, competitive and business intelligence, business development and monitoring trends in the legal industry.

Job Description:

Leopard Solutions is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage existing accounts as well as to generate new business within a defined territory.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Prospect, identify and drive a high volume of sales opportunities from the qualification process to closure.
  • Effectively manage territory via zoom, phone and/or in person by allocating appropriate time to prioritize the goals and requirements to achieve renewal and new business targets.
  • Demonstrates an excellent ability to communicate and present to senior leaders at large professional service organizations and corporations.
  • Ability to demonstrate technology products virtually as well as in person, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to listen and respond effectively, to ensure customer has a complete understanding of the value of Leopard Solutions products.

Responsibilities:

  • Attains sales and renewal monthly targets through virtual and in person scheduled appointments.
  • Demonstrates the use of products to the customer
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead intake to agreement execution.
  • Maintain current and accurate records, tracking activity within company’s customer relationship management database.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationship post sale to ensure customer achieves full value from Leopard Solutions products and services.
  • Attends sales meetings and industry events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience (both virtual and in person sales); Legal industry preferred.
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Subscription sales and/or software as a service sales (SAAS) experience
  • Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques
  • Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work remote if needed
  • Consultative sales skills, specifically working with clients to ensure they fully leverage the products and services Leopard Solutions offers.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to ask probing questions
  • Proficiency to demonstrate products virtually

Locations:

New York City preferred but open to remote for the right candidate

Compensation:

Compensation is commensurate based on experience.
