LSSO's Annual Global Sales Summit is the key resource of the organization. The two-day conference is filled with high-level interactive sessions, roundtables and lively discussions with industry thought leaders.
The Global Sales Summit offers less of the theory and more of the practical, effective sales and service strategies for attendees to bring back to their firm and implement immediately. Meet the 2021 Co-Chairs
Now in its 17th year, The Global Sales Summit has earned a reputation as a must attend event for senior level law firm sales and business development professionals. With their big firm and smaller firm perspectives, this year's co-chairs are planning dynamic sessions with practical takeaways for everyone.
Mike Mellor is the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer for Pryor Cashman, a 175-attorney midsize firm with offices in NYC, Miami and Los Angeles. In his role, he works to identify, develop and execute strategies to both drive new business for the firm and increase brand awareness in addition to overseeing a team of five internal/external team members. His efforts have helped the firm achieve its most profitable revenue years, and participants in his attorney coaching program have increased their originations by an average of 20%. Mike’s efforts have helped reshape the firm’s approach to business development and have had a direct impact on revenue.
Jenna Schiappacasse is the Director of Global Client & Business Development at Jenner & Block. Working with firm leadership and lawyers, Jenna is responsible for implementing client-focused initiatives that improve service excellence, drive revenue growth, and solidify client loyalty. Previously, Jenna was Director of Client Development at Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP where she transformed her position from a marketing and communications focus to a market-facing client development role, directly responsible for generating revenue, in addition to coaching the firm’s attorneys on their client service and business development efforts.
