When LSSO members speak, LSSO listens.
We all know that talk is easy - anyone can claim to be "client centric" and many organizations do. But the proof can always be found in the actions taken, because there's talk, there's listening and then there's DOING.
Here's what LSSO members told us: "I want to take advantage of early-registration pricing. It would be helpful if you posted all the RainDance program descriptions. The faculty looks amazing, but I'd like more information about the content of their presentations in advance of registering."
In response to the requests we received, the program descriptions have been posted to our website and we've extended the early registration deadline to March 28.
As you can tell, we not only appreciate your suggestions, comments or ideas, we act on them.
